Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Dutch Colonial Revival style built in 1922. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are replacement aluminum siding. The building has a gambrel roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Windows are original wood, 8/1 double-hung sashes. Also 6-over-1 wood double-hung sashes.
