This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1921. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one gabled dormer. North-facing gabled dormer. There is one side right, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 2/1 casements. Also 1-over-1 double-hung windows. There is a single-story, recessed corner open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof with square stuccoed posts. Front porch has stucco side walls with wood stairs.
