Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Dutch Colonial Revival style built in 1923. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is box frame. Exterior walls are replacement aluminum siding. The building has a gambrel roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two shed-roofed dormers. There is one center, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 6/1 double-hung sashes. Side entry porch at grade.
