This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Folk/Traditional style built ca. 1896. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts. Porch was constructed in 1924.
