Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Mission/Spanish Revival style built in 1913. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original stucco. Decorative wood banding and trim. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and decorative parapet. Windows are replacement aluminum, Prairie Grid/Prairie Grid double-hung sashes. There is a two-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts on side walls stuccoed piers. Side entry porch.
