This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Mission/Spanish Revival style built in 1913. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original stucco. Decorative wood banding and trim. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and decorative parapet. Windows are replacement aluminum, Prairie Grid/Prairie Grid double-hung sashes. There is a two-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts on side walls stuccoed piers. Side entry porch.
