Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Italianate style built ca. 1888. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and paired brackets. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 2/2 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with battered wood posts.
