This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style with Queen Anne influences built in 1893. The building is square in plan. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a hip roof clad in historic wood shingles. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, Prairie Grid-light casements. There is a single-story, partial-width veranda with side wall wood siding-clad posts.
