This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built in 1894. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood siding and original wood shingles. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Art glass transom window on second floor. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts.
