Exterior walls are original brick and original stone. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. 2-over-1 wood casements on front porch. There is a single-story, partial-width enclosed porch characterized by a flat with parapet and roof balcony roof with square brick posts. Side entry to front porch with wood door, sidelights and transom windows above.
