Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1915. The building is square in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a hip roof clad in original clay tiles and one eyebrow dormer. There is one side right, side slope, brick chimney and one side left, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are replacement aluminum clad wood, Geometric pattern-light casements. Also double-hung windows with geometric pattern-over-one. There is a single-story platform/stoop. Decorative door surround.
