This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1927. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is raised. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a medium hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and one hip-roofed dormer. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, vertical 3/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay cutaway porch with square brick posts.
