Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1920. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is raised. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a medium hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and two hip-roofed dormers. There is side left, exterior, brick flue. Windows are replacement wood single-light casements. There is a single-story, full-span enclosed recessed porch with square brick posts.
