Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in the period 1920-1929. The structural system is frame. The foundation is raised. Exterior walls are original wood siding and original wood shingles. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and one hip-roofed dormer. There is offset left, side slope, brick flue. Windows are original wood, vertical 3/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square paneled wood posts.
