Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1907. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick and poured concrete. Exterior walls are original brick. Carved limestone panel above entry. The building has a hip roof clad in original clay tiles and three shed-roofed dormers. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney and one rear, rear slope, brick chimney. Windows are original stained glass, 1-light casements. There is a platform/stoop.
