Architectural Description:

This is a 1-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1916. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame/stucco. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and four hip-roofed dormers. Also a small eyebrow window on front roof slope. There is one side left, exterior, stuccoed chimney. Windows are original wood, 1-light casements. There is a platform/stoop characterized by an arched canopy roof clad in corrugated metal.
