This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1915. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood siding and original wood shingles. Wood banding and trim. The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with flared eaves and three hip-roofed dormers. Front, north and south-facing hip-roofed dormers with flared eaves. Windows are original wood, Diamond pattern/1 double-hung sashes. Casement windows on front porch. There is a single-story, full-width enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts on rectangular wood siding-clad piers. Three Doric columns set on the low porch wall support the porch roof and entablature. There is a single-story, rear, frame addition.
