This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1907. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are modern artificial siding. Front facade has been covered with siding, leaving original stucco on north and south sides exposed. The building has a gable roof clad in asphalt shingles with box cornice and exposed rafters and brackets and one gabled dormer. One large front-facing gabled dormer. There is one rear chimney. Windows are original wood, 8/8 double-hung sashes. Bay located on south side of house. Dormer windows are 2 over 1 and porch appears to have awning windows with 6 panes. There is a single-story, full-width enclosed porch characterized by a low sloped hip roof roof clad in asphalt shingles with rectangular paneled wood posts.
