This is a 2.5-story, 3-bay single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1907. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and three hip-roofed dormers. Front, north and south-facing hip-roofed dormers. There is center, rear slope, round metal flue and one rear, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 5/1 double-hung sashes. Front original wood gable 3 over 3 window appears to have new storm window installed in front of original window. Second floor has a bay. There is a single-story, full-width enclosed porch characterized by a flat roof with square wood posts.
