This is a 2.5-story, 3-bay single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1907. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and three hip-roofed dormers. Front, north and south-facing hip-roofed dormers. There is center, rear slope, round metal flue and one rear, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 5/1 double-hung sashes. Front original wood gable 3 over 3 window appears to have new storm window installed in front of original window. Second floor has a bay. There is a single-story, full-width enclosed porch characterized by a flat roof with square wood posts.
