This is a 2.5-story, 3-bay single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1907. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. House used to have clapboard on first floor and wood shingles on second. May have been sided over. The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with flared eaves and three gabled dormers. Front, north and south-facing gabled pedimented dormers. There is rear, round metal flue. Windows are wood, 3/1 double-hung sashes. Top front dormer window originally was multi-pane, but was replaced with new single pane windows. First floor has multi-pane picture window in bay. Small multi pane picture window near front entrance. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts. Current porch was added sometime after 1997. There is an addition.
