Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1907. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a high hip roof clad in modern asphalt shingles with box cornice and three hip-roofed dormers. Front, north and south-facing hip-roofed dormers. There is one rear chimney. Windows are original wood, 6/1 double-hung sashes. The south bay has clear glass with geometric patterns. The windows beside the entry is of clear glass with geometric patterns. There is a single-story, full-width enclosed porch characterized by a shed with gable roof clad in asphalt shingles. The porch has a shed roof with a central pediment. The gable of the front porch was possibly added later.
