Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Colonial Revival style with Craftsman influences built in 1904. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and three gabled dormers. Front, north and south-facing gabled dormers. There is one side left, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Aluminum storm windows. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts. Entry door with sidelight.
