Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Colonial Revival style with Craftsman influences built in 1904. The building is square in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and three gabled dormers. Front, north and south-facing gabled dormers. There is one side left, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Aluminum storm windows. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts. Entry door with sidelight.
