This is a 3.5-story apartment building in the Classical Revival style built in 1926. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original terracotta. Street and courtyard has yellow face brick. Side and rear walls are common brick. The building has a flat with parapet roof with parapet walls. There is one rear, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 6/1 double-hung sashes. Side and rear windows are 1-over-1 vinyl double-hung windows. Original wood entry doors and sidelights with glazing and terracotta surrounds are at grade level within the courtyard.
