This is a 3.5-story apartment building in the Classical Revival style built in 1923. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original copper. Front and south walls are red face brick. South and rear walls are common brick. The building has a flat with parapet roof clad in original copper with parapet walls and three mansard dormers. Three copper mansard roofs along front and north parapet walls. Windows are original wood, 4/1 double-hung sashes. Original wood doors with multi-paned glazing and limestone surrounds are at grade level.
