Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story apartment building in the Mid-Century Modern style built in 1965. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and replacement wood siding. The building has a low front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Replaced in 2006. There is a single-bay platform/stoop characterized by a sloped canopy roof. Side entry doors at grade.
