Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1910. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a medium hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one hip-roofed dormer. Front-facing hip-roofed dormer. There is one side right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Also picture windows and 2-over-2 double-hung windows. There is a single-story, single-bay open porch characterized by a flat roof on rectangular brick piers. Entry porch on south side of house.
