This is a 3-story apartment building in the Craftsman style built in 1916. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original stucco. The building has a side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and brackets and four gabled dormers. Four front-facing gabled square bays. Rear roof is flat with parapet walls. Windows are original wood, 3/1 double-hung sashes. Two entry doors at grade with glazing and sidelights within a brick and limestone surround.
