Architectural Description:

This is a 4-story apartment building in the Tudor Revival style built in 1928. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original limestone. The building has a flat roof with parapet walls and decorative bargeboard. There are two front, straddle parapet, brick chimneys. Decorative chimney pots. Windows are original steel, 8-light casements. Paired casement windows with 4-light transom windows; paired diamond pane casement windows and arched diamond pane windows flanking entry door. Single wood entry door in arched opening at grade within limestone surround.
