This is a 4-story apartment building in the Tudor Revival style built in 1928. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original limestone. The building has a flat roof with parapet walls and decorative bargeboard. There are two front, straddle parapet, brick chimneys. Decorative chimney pots. Windows are original steel, 8-light casements. Paired casement windows with 4-light transom windows; paired diamond pane casement windows and arched diamond pane windows flanking entry door. Single wood entry door in arched opening at grade within limestone surround.
