Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1919. The structural system is frame. The foundation is raised. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a high side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and one hip-roofed dormer. There is offset left, rear slope, rusticated block flue. Windows are original wood, vertical 3/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-bay recessed stoop.
