Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1909. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip with flat center roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side right, exterior, stuccoed chimney. Windows are original wood, multi/1 double-hung sashes. Windows include 8-over-1, 10-over-1, and 12-over-1. There is a single-story, partial-width enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts.
