Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built ca. 1900. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are historic stucco. The building has a high front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two gabled dormers. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts on side walls stuccoed piers. Front of house is enclosed sun porch. Side entry porch.
