Architectural Description:

This is a 1-story single-family residence in the Ranch style built in 1950. The structural system is masonry/frame. Exterior walls are brick and wood siding. Gable facing street filled with wood siding cut with "wavy" edges. The building has a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles. Windows are wood single-light casements. Chicago window in front. Double hung windows on sides. There is a single-story, full-width recessed stoop.
