This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1909. The structural system is frame. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with wide eaves. Stucco soffits. Large hipped roof dormer on 3rd floor facing street. Windows are wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Some art glass casements. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a flat roof with square stuccoed posts. The stucco piers extend through the porch roof and terminate in wood capped capitals. Roof above porch has stucco guard rail all around. Second entrance from front to right of front porch.
