Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Tudor Revival style built in 1950. The structural system is masonry/frame. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are lannon stone and vertical plank siding. Some horizontal siding in upper portion of front facing gable. Bottom edge of vertical planks are "wavy.". The building has a gable roof clad in asphalt shingles. Segmental arched roof above front facing dormer. Windows are wood, 2/2 double-hung sashes. Window in dormer facing street is leaded glass casement pair. Chicago window on 1st floor left. Corner window with fixed center pane on 1st floor right. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts. Wood heavy timber posts supporting porch roof have heavy timber brackets.
