This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1910. The building is rectangular in plan. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. Stucco clad piers in front facade. The building has a gable roof clad in asphalt shingles with wide eaves. Limestone decorative chimney cap. Windows are wood single-light casements. Large fixed window in front center. Historic wood storm windows. There is a side stoop.
