Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Georgian Revival style built in 1923. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are brick. The building has a gable roof clad in asphalt shingles. Windows are wood, 8/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by an arched roof clad in copper with classical round columns with tuscan capitals wood posts. Entrance faces toward the south.
