Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Colonial Revival style built in 1947. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry/frame. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are brick and lannon stone. Lannon stone on 1st floor around front door. The building has a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles. Gable at 2nd floor above front door. Windows are wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Pair of Chicago windows flanked by casements on 1st floor. There is a single-story, partial-width stoop.
