Christensen, 35 South Dearborn Street, for a church, 46 x 114, with classrooms in basement, Austin Boulevard and Superior Street, for Austin Boulevard Christian congregation. Cost $60,000.

This is a 2.5-story church in the Gothic Revival style built in 1922. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original stone. The building has a high front gable with parapet roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Windows are original wood, Decorative-light stained glass. Square, arched and pointed stained glass fixed and casement windows. There is a single-bay platform/stoop. Side entry in recessed pointed arch stone surround. There is a two-story, rear, brick addition. compatible with original in size and location.
