This is a 2-story single-family residence built in 1928. The structural system is frame. The foundation is raised concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement stucco. The building has a medium hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and one gabled dormer. There is center, straddle ridge, brick flue. Windows are replacement, 1/1 double-hung sashes.
