Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1909. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. Decorative wood banding and trim with geometric details. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and three hip-roofed dormers. There is rear, rear slope, round metal flue. Windows are original stained glass, Geometric pattern-light casements. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a flat roof with square stuccoed posts on side walls stuccoed piers.
