Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1909. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. Decorative wood banding and trim. The building has a hip with flat center roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side right, exterior, stuccoed chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Also wood and art glass casement windows. There is a platform/stoop. Entry door centered in two-story gabled stucco surround with art glass sidelights and peaked art glass lights above.
