This is a 4-story apartment building in the Tudor Revival style built in 1902. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original stucco. Decorative wood banding and trim, limestone window sills. The building has a gambrel roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and brackets and two gabled dormers. Each building has two 4-story bays with gabled roofs. Parapet walls with tile coping. There is one center, front slope, brick chimney. Each building has one brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 casements. Casements have multi-paned transom windows. Also wood double-hung windows. There is a single-bay recessed porch characterized by a flat canopy roof clad in wood. Original wood doors with beveled glass windows at grade.
