This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1920. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with flared eaves and three hip-roofed dormers. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1-light casements. Storm windows appear as double-hung. Also several replacement double-hung windows. There is a single-story, single-bay open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts.
