Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story apartment building in the Italianate style built in 1903. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick. Limestone window sills and trim. The building has a flat with parapet roof with decorative cornice and brackets and dentils. Windows are historic wood, 9/1 double-hung sashes. 2-over-1 on first floor and 9-over-1 on second floor. There is a recessed recessed stoop characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof.
