This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Italian Renaissance style built in 1929. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original brick and original stone. Front octagonal wing includes decorative limestone rope molding resting on a continuous limestone sill; decorative limestone headers over basement windows. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney and one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, Decorative-light casements. Also 6-over-1 wood double-hung and diamond paned wood casement windows. There is a recessed corner stoop characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts. Porte cochere extends south from the house, serving as the roof over the curved entrance stairs and landing in the corner. Entry stoop recessed underneath the porte cochere.
