This is a 2.5-story multi-family residence in the Queen Anne style with Romanesque Revival influences built in 1892. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick and original stone. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and Six gabled dormers. There are one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney and two side right, side slope, brick chimneys. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Also art glass windows, some arched. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts. Multiple entrances.
