This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1901. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, rear slope, stuccoed chimney. Windows are original wood, Geometric pattern-light stained glass. There is a recessed recessed porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof. Arched entryway with stucco sidewalls leading to entrance. There is a two-story, rear, frame/stucco addition. Designed by Tallmadge and Watson.
