Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1906. The building is t in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original brick and original stucco. The building has a low front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and four gabled dormers. Gabled roof terminates in flat roof on north and south sides. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, Geometric pattern-light casements. There is a recessed open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof. Recessed side entry.
