This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Colonial Revival style built ca. 1880. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are historic wood clapboard. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. North side two-story bay with gabled roof. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 2/2 double-hung sashes. Also aluminum-clad wood windows on first floor. There is a single-story, single-bay open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts. Porch floor is slightly raised from grade. Paired entry doors with transom window above. There is a two-story, rear, frame addition. Designed by architect Rosanne McGrath.
