This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1902. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original brick and original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in original wood shingles. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original stained glass, Geometric pattern-light casements. There is a recessed recessed porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof. Brick veranda wall shelters entry. Brick arched opening into recessed entry.
