This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1883. The building is square in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and dentil moulding and one hip-roofed dormer. Two-story hip-roofed brick bay on south. There is one side left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Limestone lintels. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with doric wood posts.
