This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1883. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and dentil moulding and one hip-roofed dormer. Two-story hip-roofed brick bay on south. There is one side left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Limestone lintels. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with doric wood posts.
